You can browse public Discovery results, app overviews, visible comments and code offers without signing in. Likes, saves, agreements with individual reasons, the self-reported Using status and private records require an account. Posting, replying and claiming codes have additional phone or account conditions. The public directory is not a complete mirror of the App Store; some apps may be unlisted or no longer publicly visible.
Use the language button in the header or footer to choose English or 简体中文. Your choice is remembered across pages. It changes interface text such as navigation, buttons and explanations. App names, store materials and user comments retain their original language. Editorial introductions, reasons to try an app, audiences and use cases currently remain in Chinese in the English interface too.
No. Apps matching your filters are randomly ordered within two groups. Apps qualifying as Thoughtfully maintained appear first; each group is shuffled independently, without sorting by likes, saves or store ratings. Loading more or returning from detail preserves the round; refreshing or re-entering a category starts another. The header search menu uses relevance, separately from random browsing.
App pages have Overview, Comments and Redemption codes tabs. Overview contains store screenshots, audiences, use cases and Why try it when information is available; missing content is not invented.
Store screenshots use store or reviewed-owner materials. CurioIsland experience appears only when there are recorded activities, with scene-specific screenshots, recordings and explanations. The information hint beside its heading shows experience details. Records cover the stated activities and dates, rather than testing every feature.
Browsing, opening the editor or resubmitting an app does not automatically update screenshots. Visitors can describe outdated images using the app’s report action or Help feedback.
The current owner must open their app page, select Edit and choose the latest-store-screenshot action inside the screenshot editor. It fetches all currently available iPhone store screenshots, excluding iPad images. This usually takes around 1–3 minutes and can take longer with queues or slow responses. Choose and arrange the new images in the editor, then submit for review. Draft and pending changes do not directly replace the public page.
Select your account photo to open Your island, then choose Saved or Likes. This records page is private to you. Use the same account that made the original action.
Select the active bookmark or heart again on the app page, or remove it directly from the corresponding list in Your island. The lists update after success. Removing a saved app also turns off its saved-app alerts.
The page starts with a few main comments. Show more comments loads further entries on the same page; Show fewer comments returns to the initial list. Replies under each comment can be expanded and collapsed separately. The tab count is the total of currently visible main comments, rather than the number of replies or loaded entries.
Sign in to the original account, find your main comment in the app’s Comments tab, select Delete and confirm. On success it leaves the list and your main-comment records. Only the author has this deletion action; owner moderation and platform decisions use separate permissions. The current page has no editor for an already-published main comment’s text, so check before sending.
Open Redemption codes on the app page to check for an active offer; an empty state means none is currently available. Check the benefit, region, steps, stock and deadline, including the time, before claiming. Not every app offers codes.
You must sign in, verify your phone and have an account at least 24 hours old. Each account can claim one code per offer, with at most three claims in the preceding 24 hours. Ended, expired or exhausted offers cannot issue more codes; the confirmed page and service response determine availability.
After a successful claim, view and copy the code in the original app’s Redemption codes tab or the codes section of Your island, then follow the offer’s instructions in the specified app or store. Existing claims remain viewable when an offer stops issuing codes; retaining a record does not extend its deadline.
Copying is not redemption. If a code fails, check the benefit, region, platform, steps and deadline, then send Help feedback or email support with the app, offer name and error. Do not include the full code in public comments or ordinary feedback.
The sign-in page defaults to SMS codes for mainland China numbers (+86). Successfully verifying a new number creates an account. Email sign-in requires an existing verified email and password; linking an email alone does not set a password.
You must actively accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when signing in. Code delivery and email binding depend on the delivery service shown on the page. A failed request is not successful verification.
Request a new code after expiry. Wait for the resend countdown to finish, or retry later after a rate-limit warning. If you cannot use your old number, try an existing verified email and password.
The current pages have no self-service phone-change or forgotten-password flow. If you still cannot sign in, email support with account clues and a description for necessary verification. Do not send passwords, verification or recovery codes, or session credentials.
Open Account settings and use the link, verify or change action in the email row. Enter the address, request a code and complete verification as shown. This requires a phone-verified account and an available email delivery service; the page explains when delivery is unavailable.
Sending a code does not finish linking: submit it and wait for success. Linking an email does not set a sign-in password or grant app management permissions. The optional email in Help feedback is separate from the account’s linked email.
Open Account settings and choose from all 24 island-companion avatars, or upload a JPG, PNG or WebP photo under 5 MB. You can change your nickname at the same time; Save changes applies both together and Cancel discards the draft. Public nicknames and avatars may appear with your content; older comments may retain their publication-time nickname. Do not upload private information or an unauthorized portrait.
Requests are handled manually by support@curioisland.com; there is no self-service account-deletion button. State the affected feature and whether you request access, a copy, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal or account deletion. Start with a nickname, linked email or masked phone number. Necessary further verification is requested privately.
Do not send passwords, codes, recovery codes, session cookies, payment information or full identity documents in the first email. Keep access to the original browser if earlier anonymous records are involved; clearing local data does not delete server records.
The Privacy Policy provides for progress or a result within 15 working days, with an explanation of delays. Account deletion ends account access; data is deleted or anonymized subject to explained legal retention, outstanding gifts, claims or disputes. Ask for a copy at the same time if needed.
Contact support promptly with the affected page, time and necessary observations. Do not post security details in public comments or send session credentials. Signing out invalidates the current session but does not delete all account records. Support never asks you to disclose your password, verification code or recovery code.
Check that you are signed in to the same account. Account-linked saves, likes and claimed-code records can be accessed on other devices; earlier anonymous records are not automatically merged. An app being hidden or withdrawn also affects the current lists. Contact support with the app link and necessary clues about historical records, rather than raw browser credentials.
Saving an app enables in-site alerts for important version or price changes and code restocks; previously saved alert preferences stay with the account. Read messages using the header bell. The current app page has no separate pause-alert control; removing the saved app turns its alerts off. Alerts depend on confirmed changes and available information, so instant delivery is not guaranteed.
Using is a status you report yourself and can toggle off. It does not inspect device installations or measure actual downloads.
Comments are open by default, independently of ownership claims. The current app owner can stop new comments and choose whether past comments stay public within their permissions. Platform restrictions on content or interaction still apply and cannot be overridden by an owner. Closing comments does not remove complaint or appeal rights.
Ordinary posts and replies require sign-in and phone verification, with no additional rules checkbox. Share real experiences and useful version or usage context; text is optional when attachments are present. Owners may reply and moderate with reasons within their permissions, but cannot rewrite your words or restore platform-restricted content. A negative experience alone is not a violation.
For hidden or removed content, send support the app page, comment identifier, action, reasons and necessary additional evidence. The platform reviews independently. Keep your receipt and avoid duplicate pending requests. You can email even if discussion is closed or a page does not expose an appeal control.
Reports and appeals go to the platform rather than directly to the app owner. Do not disclose other people’s private details. A report does not automatically establish a violation; the platform considers evidence and may ask for more information.
Email support@curioisland.com with or without an account, an ownership claim or open discussion. For threats, exposed private information or ongoing harassment, mark the subject “Urgent” and identify the affected location and risk. Urgent protection is not postponed until the ordinary response period ends.
Include precise page links and content locations, dates or comment identifiers, the rights and facts involved, initial evidence, your necessary contact information and relationship to the rights holder. Representatives should explain authorization. Confirm the evidence is genuine and hide unrelated personal information; full identity documents are not needed in the first email.
The platform checks notices and takes necessary action according to evidence, risk and law. Relevant materials may be forwarded privately as legally required; unrelated complainant information is not made public. A publisher can submit a counter-notice with identity, facts and evidence. Platform review does not replace administrative or judicial decisions. Ordinary requests generally receive progress or results within 15 working days, with explanations for complex cases.
Use the same CurioIsland account; App ownership is verified separately. Registration, App submission and a verified sign-in email do not grant management rights.
In Maker Studio, open “Claim an App · My applications”. Sign in, verify your phone and choose a public App or paste its App Store link. Submit App Store Connect App Information screenshots showing its name, numeric Apple ID and Bundle ID, and confirm that you are its developer or authorized manager. Use 1–5 JPG, PNG or WebP images, up to 10 MB each and 30 MB total. Hide unrelated private information; never upload passwords, keys or identity documents.
Evidence is visible only to you and platform reviewers. Pending evidence is locked; withdraw to replace and resubmit. Rejections explain the reason, and results arrive in-site. Approval opens the workspace and App management. Existing owners may submit a separate re-verification while retaining earlier records and access. Claims cannot override another owner or restore hidden or withdrawn Apps. Contact support for disputes or delisting; keep evidence out of public comments.
Open Maker Studio with the account that owns the app to see impressions, detail views, App Store clicks and maintenance records. Statistics cover the last 7, 30 or 90 UTC dates from when recording began; earlier data is not invented, and clicks do not measure downloads.
Open the app page from the studio to edit screenshots and Why try it, save drafts and submit for review. In Redemption codes, add or edit offers, restock codes or end an offer. Page changes and new or edited offers become public after review. Saving, submitting and offer changes also require phone verification. Permissions use current ownership and do not expose another owner’s data.
Developers or authorized representatives may email support without claiming the app first. Provide the app link, requested scope, reason, relationship to the product and verifiable official evidence. Explain representative authorization where applicable. Do not provide passwords, payment details or full identity documents.
Submission does not hide the app immediately. The platform verifies the request and scope before acting. Delisting concerns this website’s listing, discovery and public app page, not the App Store listing. It does not automatically remove independent third-party articles; particular rights issues follow the rights-notice process. Keep your request reference and include it when adding evidence or asking about restoration.
Sign in, open Submit an App and paste the full apps.apple.com HTTPS app link. The store region comes from the link’s country code, defaulting to China when absent; there is no separate region selector. The platform checks store information and uses the existing page for an eligible public listing already in the directory.
Return to the submission page with the same account to see progress and results. Retry failed tasks as the page allows; a successful listing sends an in-site notice. Submission does not grant ownership or establish an editorial recommendation or hands-on review.
No. Linking an email, signing in or adding a contact email to feedback does not subscribe you to marketing. A feedback contact email does not become your linked account email.
The current site has no separate marketing-subscription management entry. Contact support about historical email preferences. Necessary account verification and security notices are handled separately from marketing subscriptions.
This form submits your message and optional contact email privately to CurioIsland staff. It does not create a public app comment or send the message directly to the developer. Sign-in is required, with no extra phone-verification requirement for this form. You can email support without signing in.
Use 10–2,000 characters and include the app or page link, time, steps and expected result. A success message confirms receipt, rather than resolution or an automatic email reply. Save a copy downloads the current text and contact email without submitting it. Unsent drafts are not a cloud archive and may be lost on refresh, window closure or sign-out; save a copy first if needed.
There is a Community entry, but the separate community content and article-publishing workspace are not open yet. You can discuss real experiences in each app’s Comments tab. Use Submit an App for a new listing, and Help feedback or support email for platform problems, complaints or suggestions.
The footer shows the operator and links to About, Help, the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The ICP filing number for curioisland.com is 鲁ICP备2026056861号-3; use the footer link to open the official filing website. Ordinary browsing and account use do not create payment obligations. Any future paid service will explain its terms before a purchase.
For account deletion, privacy requests, rights notices or a problem signing in, email support@curioisland.com. An email link opens your mail app; you must send the message yourself. Copy the address if no mail app is configured.

How do I comment, reply or attach images and videos?
Open the app’s Comments tab. Comments are open by default without requiring a verified app owner, subject to current settings and platform restrictions. Sign in with a verified phone number to post a main comment or use Reply on a comment or reply. Ordinary comments and replies do not require an additional rules checkbox.
Text-only posts use 1–500 characters. You can also post attachments alone or with text. Each post allows up to four attachments, including at most one video: JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF images up to 10 MB each; MP4, MOV or WebM video up to 50 MB and 60 seconds. Finish uploading before sending, and keep passwords, complete redemption codes and unrelated personal details out of attachments.
